Is your club finding it difficult to meet its day-to-day costs never mind planning new activities? Are you looking for grant and sponsorship options for your club?

County Limerick Sports Partnership is organising a seminar which will look at ways to navigate through the current financially strained times.

'Show Me The Money' will be held on Wednesday 10th February, from 7pm to 9:30pm in the Desmond Complex, Newcastle West. This seminar will be facilitated by The Wheel and pre-registration is essential with a limited number of places available.

This practical session will help clubs explore what their needs are in terms of revenue and how to get it, by working smarter, not harder. Funding opportunities are still out there, even in a recession, however, clubs may have to raise their game in order to avail of these.

The seminar will provide an overview on the Irish grant-making landscape and other possible funding sources. It will also highlight the essential "do’s and don'ts" for successful fundraising, explain how to identify suitable funders for your club, what funders look for in applications and how you can stand out from the crowd.
