OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
One year contract
Two days a week (Every Thursday & Friday) with Salary of €9,763 PA (based on VEC Grade 3)
Limerick City Sports Partnership is funded by the Irish Sports Council, to coordinate, plan & deliver sport and physical activity opportunities for the people of Limerick City.
The Person (Essential Requirements)
- A dynamic individual with plenty of initiative and drive, who can work independently
- Have substantial accounts experience and/or be suitably qualified. Experience of using Thesaurus payroll and SAGE is essential
- Strong on customer communications skills
- ECDL qualified, excellent keyboard skills and proficient at using a range of IT packages including Access, Excel and Payroll
Responsibilities
- Key responsibilities will include the overseeing of all accounting for invoices and employee reimbursements, ensure only valid and authorized transactions are undertaken, to implement changes to the accounts payable processes to ensure maximum efficiency, ensure compliance with internal and external policies , regulators and other statutory bodies, banking and petty cash
- Maintain Master Files
- Transaction Reports
- Any other Day to day operations of the Sports Partnership office, as required
- An interest in sport is desirable but not essential
